You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a full refund. Both opened and unopened items are eligible.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and, where applicable, with original tags attached — but we accept both opened and unopened items within the window, so try things on with confidence.

How to start a return

Email info@oubellaboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's issued.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within the 30-day window and we'll arrange a free exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including outside the standard window.
