Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days via standard ground shipping anywhere in the United States. Shipping is always free — no minimum order required.

You have 30 days from delivery to return this item for a full refund. Both opened and unopened items are eligible — we just ask that it's unworn with tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

This item is cut true to size based on our standard size chart. If you're between sizes, or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up. Full measurements are listed in the Details tab above.

Care instructions are listed in the Details tab above and on the garment's care label. In general, following the specified wash/dry method will keep colors and shape intact for years of wear.

We don't offer in-house alterations, but exchanges for a different size or color are free within the 30-day return window — just contact us and we'll set it up.

Every piece is inspected before it ships. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, outside the standard return window as well.

Right now we ship within the United States only. We're evaluating international shipping and will announce it on the site and via email when it's available.

Checkout is built on Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards.

No. Every order on Oubella Boutique is a single, one-time purchase. We never store your card for recurring billing and there are no subscription charges.
